Bude Sea Pool
Bude Sea Pool is a beautiful, part natural, part man-made swimming pool in the rocks at Summerleaze Beach. Created in 1930, the Sea Pool has provided safe bathing at Bude for over 80 years.

Colliford Lake
Located just off the A30, a couple of miles south of Jamaica Inn, the famous smugglers haunt immortalised by Daphne du Maurier, Cornwall’s largest inland water has a surface area of a whopping 900 acres.

Coverack Harbour
Coverack Harbour faces due West and is an ideal spot for catching the afternoon and evening sun. The harbour is always full of activity and hosts around 40 boats.

Crowdy Reservoir
Crowdy Reservoir is situated to the north east of the town of Camelford, on the edge of Bodmin Moor. It is adjacent to Davidstow Airfield which was once used by the US Air Force during World War Two but is now abandoned.

Dozmary Pool
Mysterious Dozmary Pool is a grim expanse of still, leaden water on bleak and brooding Bodmin Moor. The pool lies near to Colliford Lake, 2 kilometres south of Bolventor and but a mile from the famous Jamaica Inn.

Loe Pool
The Loe, also known as Loe Pool, is the largest natural freshwater lake (50 hectares (120 acres)) in Cornwall. The earliest recorded appearance of this simple name form was in 1337, when it was called "La Loo".

Lundy Bay
On the north coast of Cornwall is Lundy Bay, close to Polzeath and Port Isaac, it is a small sheltered rocky cove. The name is believed to come from the fact thta the cove faces Lundy Island in Devon some 80 miles away.

Mevagissey Aquarium
The harbour aquarium at Mevagissey is housed in the old R.N.L.I. lifeboat house, which was completed in 1897, and housed 3 different lifeboats until 1930 when the advent of motor lifeboats caused its closing down.

Mutton Cove
Mutton Cove is a cove, located on the Isle of Portland, Dorset, England; part of the Jurassic Coast. It is found on the west side of Portland. Presumably named after the once-famous Portland sheep.

Pensagillas Coarse Fishing Lake
Pensagillas Park is the home of the Kent family and it has been in their possession for six generations. It is their family home and they take pride in everything they do. Cleanliness and tidiness prevail throughout the park.

Walk Bude - Coastal & Canal
This walk starts in Bude town centre, by the canal. Bude has good facilities and some superb beaches. From the town centre, head to Summerleaze Beach, and cross the old canal via the a bridge at the lock gate.
