My advert does not show up on the site?
If your advert’s status is ‘Live’ but the advert is not appearing when you try to search for it.
Check that the words you are searching for appear in the text of your advert and ensure that the spelling is correct.
How do I modify or remove my advert?
There is currently no option to modify your ad after it has been posted.
However, if there is a serious mistake made and you want it changed then please feel free to contact us directly and we will get it updated as quickly as possible.
Ads will be removed automatically after they have expired. Again, should you need something to be removed urgently then get in touch and we will intervene manually.
Is this service free?
Yes, standard ads are free.
The cost for posting featured adverts is as follows:
Featured 30 day ads are £9.99. (These ads stay at the top of the page and at the top of their category)
My PayPal account was charged twice
If you think you have been charged twice, please contact us and let us know the Invoice ID on each payment so we can look into this further.
You will see this on the details page for the transaction in your Paypal account.
I am having problems logging in
First thing to check is if there is a red error message at the top of the page.
Error Message: Invalid Email Address
In this case, double check that your email address has been entered correctly.
Make sure there are no spaces, no extra dots. Also:
- Have you entered .co.uk instead of .com by mistake?
- Do you have another email address you might have used, for example a work address?
- Are there variations on your address (for example gmail.com and googlemail.com)
Error Message: The password you entered in incorrect
In order to ensure the best possible security, passwords ARE case sensitive. Therefore, mypassword is different to MyPassword.
If you are having problems with your password, you can reset it using the link “Forget your password? on the right of the page. If you are still having problems, please contact us.
