All on one level and perfectly designed with holiday living in mind, the central open plan living-room with vaulted ceiling, slate floors and cosy wood-burner will bring you together for sunny breakfasts and fireside suppers, whilst both beautiful bedrooms offer super comfy beds adorned with luxury linens, each with their own en suite facilities. The sheltered courtyard invites you to morning coffee taking in more of that view or to watch the sunset at the end of a perfect day.

Only a mile from Trebarwith Strand, a firm favourite with beach lovers and four legged friends alike, enjoy the luxury of the location as you head out to explore all that this stunning part of Cornwall has to offer. From miles of coastal walks offering breathtaking views around every corner, enchanting coastal villages, stunning beaches by the bucketful and a whole host of celebrity chefs offering culinary delights to keep you fuelled along the way.

This semi-detached barn is one of four barn conversions at Upton Farm, including Owl Barn (2346). Each barn is set separately, providing a level of privacy and each with its own space. The friendly yet discreet owners are also onsite providing you with a warm welcome but leaving you to enjoy your holiday in peace.

Beach days are a shoo-in whether you stay close by at Trebarwith Strand, which also has a couple of pubs, a cafe and shops, or a little further afield there are the golden sands of Polzeath and Daymer Bay which are simply quite stunning. There are miles of wonderful walks along the coast or through the countryside and if you are an avid viewer of Doc Martin, a trip to picturesque Port Isaac is a must.

The village of Boscastle will delight with its tiny harbour, pretty cottages and selection of cafes, shops and galleries, Tintagel is packed full of tales of Arthurian mystery and legend, and the grand houses and gardens of Pencarrow and Lanhydrock take you to a Cornwall of a bygone age.
